Mr. Bader Mohammad Alqattan has over 14 years of experience in the financial and investment sector; He has held several positions in investment companies listed in Boursa Kuwait such as First Investment Company and Gulf Cable & Electrical Industries Co., He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Shuaiba Industrial Company.

Mr. Bader Mohammad Alqattan has previously served on several boards of directors of some prestigious companies including Coast Investment and Development Co., Dana Al Safat Foodstuff Company, and is currently a member of the board of directors of several companies, including First Investment Company, Shuaiba Industrial Company.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University and an MBA from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
